Manage incoming calls, emails & Chats.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Required Candidate profile

Must have Excellent English Communication Skills to Handle International Customers.

Should have an American accent in communication.

Working Days: Five Days Working.

Shift Time: 08:00 pm to 05:00 am.

Salary 1 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
